There are a couple of ways you can find a product on rdc365.com.

  • Use the search bar on top; type what you are looking for and press enter.

  • Use the dropdown menu in the search bar; click the category you want and click the search icon.

  • Use the main menu (which is divided by product type) to navigate your way on the site.

We try to offer the latest products available in the market. However, if by any chance, we do not have a product you’re looking for on rdc365.com, please let us know and we will try and get it for you. You can drop us a line at info@rdc365.com. Alternatively, you can call us on +243 – 899992070

Signing up is really easy. Simply click on the ‘My Account’ button on the top right. You can sign up using your mail id, set your password and select any one option as a customer or as a vendor and you’re officially a part of the rdc365.com community.

Placing an order on rdc365.com is a piece of cake.

  • Look for the product you want to buy (use the search bar or the main menu).

  • Add it to the cart by clicking on the cart icon.

  • Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you want multiple products.

  • After you’re done choosing products, click on “View Cart” (located on the top right).

  • Review your cart and click on Checkout.

  • Fill the required details and click on Place Order.

  • That’s it! You will receive an email and an SMS notification confirming your order along with your order#.

  • Somebody from our team will then call you to process your order. Easy isn’t it? 🙂

Yes, we can take orders on the phone also. Call us on +243 – 899992070 and place your order on working hours.But  our site is available to take orders all the time though! 🙂

Before processing your order, we will call you and make sure everything is as you expect. If you have not received a call from us after you have placed your order it could be because..

  • Its the middle of the night. 🙂 The rdc365.com customer service team works from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.

  • We are not able to reach you on the number provided (wrong number/busy line/phone off etc).

For #1, please wait till the team is back in the office and they will give you a call.

Sit back and wait for our call. When we call you to process your order, you can let us know and we will update your order. If you don’t want to wait, that’s fine too. If you’ve placed an order by mistake or ordered the wrong product, don’t worry. Just call +243 – 899992070 and someone from our team will help you out.

You can see your entire order history from the “My Account” section of the site. Log in with your username and password and click on “My Account” to access this area.

Each order on rdc365.com goes through a series of steps to ensure that you get the best online shopping experience. As the order goes from processing to processed, picking and in transit, we notify you via email/SMS about each status update for your peace of mind. If you want to manually check the status of the order, that’s pretty easy too. Simply log in to rdc365.com and on the footer portion of website there is an option Track your Order; Click the link and a page will ask for Order id and Billing Email. Both are mandatory fields. Fill up the data and click the Track Button below. You will see the most up to date information about your order there.

  • Cash On Delivery (COD)  For the time being we have only COD. Online payment facilities will be available soon.

Delivery within the Lubumbashi is free for all orders above US$ 1000. For international deliveries, you will be quoted at the time of checkout. Delivery Charges will be based on the weight of the products in your order.

We deliver worldwide. If you do not find your country on the checkout page, please get in touch with us so that we can assist you further.

We would prefer to hand deliver the products to you wherever you are to save you the trouble. We are also pretty quick with our deliveries. However, if you want to collect the product yourself, please let us know in advance so that we can make it available for you.

100% Yes. We’ve invested in some of the best systems in the world. The information collection from a customer at the time of registration will be safe with us and we are not collecting any bank details or card details from our customers.

No. You will never be spammed by rdc365.com. We have a very strict privacy policy and we treat your information with the utmost care. Our databases which store your information are encrypted as well with limited access to employees.

Changing your site password at regular intervals is always good. It’s easy to change your rdc365.com password. Log in using your current credentials and then go to “My Account”. Enter your new password and save.

Everyone’s been in this situation at some point. To reset your password, click on “My Account” on the top right and a login page will be visible. On the bottom right of the login for you can see ‘Lost Password?’;Click on the link and reset your Password. The rdc365.com system will automatically reset your password and send it on your registered email. Come back to the site, log in using the new password and change it to something you can remember.
